CONCAT is the first web development agency solely led by talented refugee and female developers. We work with international clients who need innovative, top quality web design and development by employing marginalised talented developers.We urgently need to diversify the tech sector, by 2025 there are to be predicted 2 million open development roles. At the same time there are predicted to be nearly over 1 million displaced persons globally. By training up marginalised talent and spreading awareness of their talent, particularly in the Middle East, we can create a more diverse and inclusive tech sector. CONCAT is leading the way in terms of connecting marginalised tech talent in the East to companies and employment in the west. We hope to encourage more companies and employees to do the same.

Laura is based between Beirut and London and she is on a mission to code a more inclusive tech sector, one that encourages more refugees and women to join the sector to find long-term, sustainable employment. CONCAT works with start-ups, companies and individuals looking for high quality yet affordable websites, and connects them to the talented CONCAT team from the Middle East who need employment. Now Laura is coming a leader for the force-for-good in the tech sector.
