Bio
Lauren is a Chicago-based Partner at Credera, and leads the Experience Design Practice nationally. For over 20 years, she has built and led high-performing teams to deliver engaging brand experiences by unlocking the power of human-centric design. She believes the best experiences deliver uncommonly delightful moments by connecting with people through insight, emotion and elegant design. Her experience spans a wide range of industries—healthcare, financial, hospitality and CPG. An entrepreneur at heart, Lauren co-founded the design and technology agency MERGE in 2003 and grew the company through to a successful acquisition in 2017. Lauren holds a BFA in Visual Communications s from WashU in St. Louis. She’s a member of CHIEF and heavily involved in Credera’s Women’s Network. She’s an avid runner and cook, plays competitive platform tennis (paddle), and loves spending time with her husband and two kids, friends, and extended family.
