With over two decades of experience spanning across enterprises like Microsoft, nonprofits like NetHope and its 65 global NGO members, and startups, Leila's expertise includes developing global initiatives and alliances, leading global communications, catalyzing multi-stakeholder partnerships, and building responsible technology products and policies.

Leila is recognized as one of the Top 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics in 2021 and serves on boards and committees for initiatives such as the Digital Trust Label in Switzerland. She also serves as a Technology Ethics and Human Rights Advisor to technology companies and social impact organizations.

Leila is passionate about promoting just and equitable climate action, responsible and ethical innovation, and gender equity in tech.
