Leng graduated with Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford and has worked her way from mechanical engineer to being the Vice President of HP's Personal Systems Design Engineering.Her experience has ranged from networking design at Motorola, product design at Apple to early work in a Silicon Valley start-up. Acute decision-making, in-depth technical acumen and passion for talent has made her one of the most influential technology leaders at HP.
