Session: Recession-proof Your Career - a Plan to Make Yourself Indispensable in a Tough Market

It's easy to feel scared in this market, especially if it's your first time seeing mass layoffs in the news. Join us for a talk on how to stay focused on the prize and keep doing all the right actions that will make you indispensable and recession-proof your career. At this time, more than ever, especially if you're mid-career or senior, you'll need to think and act in a contrarian way to ensure you're not swept up by the layoff tide.

For an even deeper dive into how to recession-proof your career, join my free live challenge at therecessionchallenge.co

Key Takeaways

  • You'll learn how to disconnect from the FUD (Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt) created by the mass media coverage of recent tech layoffs
  • You'll know exactly which actions to focus on over the next months to make yourself as indispensable as possible
  • You'll be able to start implementing these action steps immediately, regardless of your function, role, industry or organization
  • You'll know what to focus on if you've been impacted by layoffs
