In the 21st century women are now living the equivalent of 3 lifetimes in one.Whilst this is incredibly enriching in certain ways it also leaves us vulnerable to fatigue and exhaustion and on a trajectory to burnout if we don't know how to compensate.
Using a modern functional approach alongside the wisdom women have gathered over time provides a pragmatic framework for success.
It allows us to plan and strategise for ourselves and our biological needs so we don't inadvertently undermine our health and well-being and pay too high a price for our success.

Louise Westra helps women to harness their biology to create the health & resilience they need and deserve for the life they dream of. Louise wants women to stop settling for mediocre when it comes to their health, their daily experience in their physical body and the ageing process.Louise has been a Naturopath for the last 17 years, and is one of the few natural health practitioners in the UK with an MSc. She collaborates with very driven women (and men) to build and then sustain the best health of their life. This means being naturally energised and hormonally balanced with an immune system you can rely on to feel consistently brilliant.
