Bio
Lupita Roldan has over 26 years of experience at Coca-Cola. She held multiple roles with an incremental responsibility within Technical, Finance, Customer and Digital Marketing where she was pioneer in developing common and scalable services like a radio online, a streaming platform and a consumer data management technology. She also brought a new way of working incorporating Agile and DevOps frameworks and implemented a first regional delivery center based in Mexico supporting initially Marketing but then expanded to other functions, capabilities and markets like North America.
In 2022 Lupita took the lead of Latin America Data and Technology Services and last year, she moved to Europe for a similar role, now expanded to include the Regional Delivery Services providing development and data engineering support to Africa and EME Operating Units.
She is passionate about working with multicultural teams, developing teams and talent but also bringing new solutions that can scale and improve in the Ways of Working.
Lupita lives in Dublin, Ireland with her husband Pedro and 2 kids Matias age of 12 and Emma age of 10 and enjoys spending time with them travelling or at the cinema but also loves swimming and running.
