Maitri, is a Senior Software Engineer at Disney Streaming, where she leads an engineering team within the Ad platform division, which is responsible for building the tech to show ads across Disney's online presence. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.Maitri is also a passionate advocate for women in STEM fields. She has been actively involved in global speaking engagements aimed at expanding the impact of diversity in technology. Through outreach efforts, she has mentored over 1,000 young individuals to pursue STEM education and careers fearlessly.
