Session: What’s the Culture Like There? A Healthy Culture Begins with a Plan

99% of success depends on your people. Given the fierce competition for tech talent, how can your company distinguish itself in today's job market?

It's well understood that a healthy, empowering, and inclusive work culture is key to attracting and retaining top talent.

Despite this, in a world increasingly plagued by burnout, stress, and overwhelm, building a high-trust, high-performance team is a growing challenge. Yet, your company's culture is the key to unlocking financial results and innovation.

Learn from organizations that have achieved a 250% improvement in their employee net promoter score within a year, along with an 86% rise in trust and respect in one year.

These results were possible by leveraging the Culture CARES® framework modeled after what the best companies do to win culture awards.

Learn how you can apply this proven structure to your organization to operationalize your values, bolster team morale, and foster a strong sense of belonging among employees.

Key Takeaways

  • Clear system for culture transformation
  • A roadmap that goes beyond box-checking
  • Process to reduce burnout and increase morale
  • Proven strategies that retain top talent and build engagement
  • How to know if you are ready to evolve culture
