Session: Mindset matters: the neuroscience of change and transformation
We live in a disruptive world of constant change and multiple challenges. How we adapt and progress depends a lot on how our brains are wired. We need to learn to be resilient and adapt intelligently in uncertain conditions.
While designing and implementing new technologies is important to adquire the right mindset to develop them and make the best use of them to the service of others.
In this talk I will show you how our brain and body work together and create your perception and how this perception conditions your decisions and results. Finally I will show you how a change from the inside out is possible on an individual and collective level.
