Session: Dos and Don’ts of a successful product-led transformation

Many companies start digital transformation that nowadays if often connected with a product-led transformation. However it does fail more often than it succeeds. The reason behind is usually a misunderstanding of the principles of product-led culture and overall cultural shift that needs to happen as part of the digital transformation. After going through this culture change with Amazon International Business, Kiwi.com and now Stellantis, I would like to share some dos and don’ts of approaching a digital transformation. In my talk I will share a simple framework covering the processes you need to change, allies you need to have on your side, and principles of organization structure that helps you make the digital and product-led transformation a success.
