Bio
Marie-Laure is a Finance executive with over 15 years of experience in the Media and Technology industries spanning over the US, Europe and Asia, with a focus on new businesses, products and initiatives. She is VP of Financial Planning and Analysis at Xperi and the executive sponsor of the Women in Tech @ Xperi (WiT) employee resource group. Prior to this, she held diverse Finance, Strategic Planning and Operations roles at The Walt Disney Company in their Corporate, Streaming and TV businesses, Sprint Nextel and Vivendi Havas Publishing.
She is particularly passionate about building and mentoring teams that help businesses to transform and grow while fostering innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
Marie-Laure is originally from France, moved to the US for her graduate degree from Harvard Business School, and now lives in Southern California with her husband and her three teenagers.
