Session: Enabling Circular Leadership through co-creation between industry and education
Technology, globalization and personal purpose hunt have turned life into a web of endless possibilities for personal growth and career choices. Learning can be anywhere, anytime, with anyone, at any age, jobs appear and fade away, and partnerships go beyond borders. At the same time, shortage of tech professionals and tech teachers show that the traditional growth path from education to job fails to keep-up with the latest developments.
How do we then effectively and efficiently prepare tech talent in finding their authentic way in this "life web"?
This talk outlines the vision of Circular Leadership as a response to this question and how to enable it through long-term co-creation activities between industry professionals and (high-school) students.
We give actionable insights in the realization from our 5-month pilot with a high-school and a research innovation ecosystem in the region of Eindhoven, Netherlands in 2022.
