Session: Leading people through AI change: building confidence, trust and effective teams

AI is becoming part of everyday work far more quickly than most people are prepared for. While new tools continue to emerge, the biggest challenge organizations face isn’t technology, it’s helping people adapt with confidence, clarity, and trust.
This session focuses on the human side of AI change: how leaders create environments where teams feel safe to learn, experiment, and ask questions, while maintaining clear accountability as AI becomes embedded in daily workflows. Drawing on real-world experience, it explores how leadership behaviors, team dynamics, and inclusive collaboration shape whether AI accelerates progress or introduces friction.
Rather than focusing on tools or technical architecture, the discussion centers on how people experience AI at work and what leaders can do to build stronger teams, reduce uncertainty, and turn AI into a catalyst for better outcomes for individuals, clients and business.

Key Takeaways

  • AI adoption succeeds when leaders remove fear, not when they add tools
  • Clarity about responsibility keeps teams moving fast
  • Strong teams design better AI outcomes than isolated individuals
