Promotion processes are evolving faster than ever. AI, automation, and reorganizations are changing how readiness and performance are measured. In this talk, Michelle Bozeman breaks down what top tech companies now value—and how women can adapt their approach to advancement. Attendees will learn how to gather promotion evidence, align with business priorities, and advocate confidently for their next level. Because promotions don’t happen from effort alone—they happen when your value is seen, measured, and communicated with precision.

Key Takeaways

  • Understand what’s changing in promotion criteria in the AI era.
  • Learn how to make your business impact visible and measurable.
  • Build a repeatable strategy for career growth and advancement.
