Molly Rizkallah, a Forbes 30 under 30 lister, passion for climate innovation that comes from her work as the CEO of Cincy Carbon, where she sees firsthand how urgently new ideas are needed and how powerfully young innovators are stepping up. As a Gen Z professional herself, Molly understands both the challenges and the unique strengths her generation brings to solving climate problems. Her work surrounding sustainability focused technologies has shown her the incredible potential of data-driven, tech-enabled solutions to accelerate environmental impact. She is driven by a belief that meaningful climate action happens when bold, diverse voices are empowered to lead, and she is committed to helping more young women in tech see themselves as part of that movement.
