Session: What It Takes to Run AI at Enterprise Scale

Explore how CIOs are turning AI strategy into reality, with real-world examples, governance best practices, and scaling responsibly.

AI has moved beyond experimentation. In 2026, the real differentiator is not ambition; it is execution.

While many organizations have launched pilots and proof-of-concepts, far fewer have successfully embedded AI into core workflows, decision-making processes, and operating models at scale. The challenge is no longer identifying use cases; it’s driving adoption, managing change, aligning architecture, and delivering measurable business impact.

This panel brings together leading CIOs to explore how they are translating AI strategy into enterprise reality. From modernizing legacy environments and building data foundations, to establishing governance guardrails and scaling responsibly, these leaders will share what it truly takes to move from isolated AI initiatives to sustained operational transformation.

Key Takeaways

  • How CIOs are moving AI from experimentation to enterprise-wide execution.
  • Best practices for governance, risk management, and responsible scaling.
  • How to modernize legacy environments to support AI adoption.
  • Strategies for driving organization-wide change management and adoption.
