Holding a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from GBPUAT, India (where she earned a Gold Medal), and a Master’s degree from IIT Delhi, Namrta is deeply committed to driving innovation and empowering teams.Known for her strong leadership and mentorship, Namrta plays a pivotal role in guiding and inspiring engineers across her organization. She leads by example, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence, and is passionate about creating opportunities for others to grow in their careers. Namrta has been an advocate for women in technology and has been a speaker at the Women in Tech conference on three occasions, where she shared her insights on leadership, innovation, and breaking barriers in engineering. She is also a recognized inventor with multiple patents in analog circuit design, further showcasing her contributions to the industry.
