Session: Create Your Radical Energy Recovery Protocol - Optimize Your Energy, End Burnout, and Transform Your Leadership and Impact

When it comes to C-suite leadership positions it is hardly a newsflash that women face a number of challenges including work/life balance, workplace flexibility, social isolation, extreme stress, and burnout. A 2021 McKinsey & Co and Lean In study on Women in the Workplace found that women are now - almost two years into the pandemic - significantly more burned out, and increasingly more so than men. While there is no shortage of corporate wellness and wellbeing programs, women in the C-suite who are mothers need a new way to reframe their wellbeing by looking at ways to optimize their energy. In this experiential workshop executive and senior women leaders learn how to reframe the burnout battle into a quest for personal energy cultivation for themselves and their teams. By the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:
1. Identify the key sources of burnout for themselves and their team
2. Demystify energy leaks and how they contribute to burnout
3. Learn how to create a Radical Energy Recovery Protocol for themselves and their team
