Neelima has held various leadership positions at Apple, AT&T, WellsFargo, AT&T, Accenture were she has built high performing teams, help businesses drive innovation with technology, ran massive delivery engagements which processed Multi Billion Dollars of Transactions and adopt sustainable and accessible business models 🌏

🌏Growing up a girl from a small town pursuing an education in technology, Neelima has faced many barriers and challenges along the way, unique to her intersectional identity.
Neelima is also a Co-Founder, Technology Executive and CEO of Spectrum North. She is a Women in Tech Evangelist with close to 2 decades of experience in various leadership roles based out of North America. Serving in the public, non-profit and private sectors, she brings a passion and vision to every organization that she touches.
👩🏻💼 Neelima started Spectrum North as a campaign that celebrates women's stories, and showcases the lesser-known successes of women, in order to support and encourage the next generation. She has always been fascinated by talented women and their inspiring stories motivate her.
🎤 Neelima also host Podcast for Spectrum North Women Empowerment - “The Power of Women in the world of Tech” features thoughtful discussions about Women in Tech and Women Empowerment.
