Neelu Kaur is an organizational psychologist, global keynote speaker, and author focused on a question most workplaces overlook: why do smart people stay quiet in the moments that matter? Her work explores how silence shows up in organizations and how it slows decisions, hides risk, and impacts performance. Through her keynotes and conversations, she challenges the idea that speaking up is about confidence, offering a different lens on how environments shape behavior. She is the author of Be Your Own Cheerleader, a guide to building self-trust and voice in complex workplace environments. Neelu holds a BS from NYU’s Stern School of Business and an MA in Social & Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She is a certified NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and Executive Coach from the NLP Center of New York. Alongside her work in the corporate space, she has been teaching yoga for over 17 years. Neelu brings a unique perspective that blends psychology, leadership, mind body, and real-world experience.
