Session: Co–navigating the changes in healthcare
Healthcare is one of the most complex systems we design for. In this session, Nicole de Klein shares how co‑creation in healthcare goes beyond workshops and “post‑it theater,” using high‑intensity dialogues, live polling, provocation, and experiential validation to navigate complexity.
The talk highlights co‑creation as a strategic mindset that builds clarity, trust, and shared understanding across people, technology, and care.
