Session: Rebooting Team Culture - Even if you are not the Leader

In this session, we will discuss what culture is and why it is important in organizations and walk through a framework to help you and your team reboot and rebuild an intentional team culture. While culture was discussed pre-Covid, it seems that team culture is at the root of the Great Resignation and many people are now focused on making intentional culture a priority. In this talk we will discuss how to go beyond an aspirational statement into actual actionable things you can do to create the culture that will inspire engagement and productivity on teams.

Key Takeaways

  • Listeners will know the power of strong culture
  • Listeners will have a framework for rebooting culture on their own teams
  • Listeners will have actionable steps they can take now to start re-shaping their work culture
