Session: How to Design for Learning: Brain Science, Psychology, and Hacking Human Performance
Too often we're taught what to learn but not "how" to learn. The pandemic unearthed many educational blocks and gaps we have yet to fill due to our own negligence of learning and cognitive science. We're moving into a world where mindful learning experiences that have been designed with personalization and cognition in mind are replacing the standard, archaic, and traditional modes of teaching. Join this session to learn about learning design trends, e-learning in the workplace and hacking human performance, and how we can use cognitive science to inform design and advocate for the democratization of education and access.
