Palak is an IT professional with over 16 years of experience, covering a diverse range of roles including Software Developer, Tech Lead, Tech Business Analyst, and Sr. Technical Product Owner. She has a strong background in managing Big Data products, ETL/ELT Data pipelines, and systems across IT, Finance, and Map Domains. She is proficient in Product Vision, Goals, Roadmap, Strategy, Scrum methodologies, Spec by Example, and adept at integrating Data Management with Analytics, AI, and MLOPS (Machine Learning Operations). She is passionate about driving the adoption of modern cloud agnostic platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and Data Lake, and she actively engages in various learning initiatives. Palak excels in fostering innovation and streamlining processes, consistently achieving outstanding results through her end-to-end product ownership approach.

Sowmya Sundararagavan

With an industry experience for over 20+ years, Sowmya is a product leader and product management expert who possesses a wealth of expertise in crafting cutting-edge enterprise technology applications and Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms across diverse sectors such as cloud computing, data analytics, banking, research, AI/ML, and CRM. She presently heads the content data team for Flexera, India, as a Senior Director of Product Management. She is a passionate women in STEM leader, mentor and product evangelist.

Oqeania Pepellashi

Oqeania is the Product Development Director of Facilization, an international software solution provider to the financial institutions and also an Oracle Partner.
With a foundation rotted in engineering as a former Software developer, she has transitioned and multifaceted roles of a solution architect and technical product owner, gaining a wide experience in the fintech domain. As the Product Development Director, she is responsible for overseeing the entire suite of the company's product line.

Oleksandra Polivana (moderator)

Oleksandra is an accomplished product manager with a passion for diversity, inclusion, and empowering women in tech. With first-hand experience of the unique challenges women face in this sector, her mission is to create a more accessible and equitable industry. As a speaker, Oleksandra combines her scientific degree with strategic insights from her personal and professional journey. She has co-led an internal Women in Tech community and conducted multiple workshops, meet-ups, and mentoring sessions on the topics of gender biases, confidence building, negotiations, and mentorship. Her experience, complemented by her knowledge of recent scientific studies, had equipped her with the necessary tools to inspire women to confidently overcome obstacles like imposter syndrome and navigate their tech careers.
