Session: Data is value, Language is Data: Language is Value

Language powers every business today, but reality is language is not scalable because it is hard for machines, documents are still handled by humans. There’s unexploited potential in unstructured data and natural language: carriers, brokers and reinsurers are unintentionally exposed to expensive risks due to contract wordings, are losing opportunities because of limited capacity and can optimize their operational efficiency to improve their combined ratio. The good news is there are advanced NLU techniques available with proven capabilities to deliver concrete results.
