Dr. Patricia Gestoso is an award-winning tech inclusion strategist and a certified worklife coach that helps tech leaders and organisations to leverage diversity into their organizations to reach untapped markets, boost revenue, increase reputation, and attract and retain talent.She is also Global Director of Scientific Support for a large Fortune Future 50 tech company and has 20+ years of experience in digital transformation spanning customer services, artificial intelligence, and inclusive and ethical design of technology and workplaces.
Patricia leads partnerships in the UK for European Women on Boards, an NGO that aims to increase gender equity at the board and executive levels, and she is an advisor for We and I, a British non-profit focused on activating diverse communities to make artificial intelligence work for everyone.
