Bio
Paulette Bailey prides herself on bringing excellence and chasing after the extraordinary. Her calm, collected approach and sense of humour have helped her establish successful working relationships with leaders at all levels and in several different industries during her career of almost 40 years.Working at Globant, a digitally native and multi-generational tech company, since 2018, she recently stepped into the role of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead for EMEA and is responsible for building and promoting a culture of inclusion and belonging across seven countries. She has contributed decisively to two of Globant’s pillars - Gender & Sexuality and Race, Ethnicity & Culture.
