Session: From Fast Feedback to Revenue Results: Playbook for Product-Led Growth

This session reveals how combining rapid, low-cost customer research with a product-led mindset creates a virtuous cycle powering real revenue growth. Attendees will discover practical ways to gather actionable insights quickly, translate them into impactful experiments, and thread user value and revenue impact together. Drawing both from real product growth examples and a strategist’s lens, you’ll learn how to create feedback loops that make your product and your business unstoppable.

This talk is suitable for product managers, strategists, founders, and anyone seeking to turn feedback into scalable, revenue-driven growth by thinking like both a researcher and a business leader

Key Takeaways

  • Lean research techniques for continuous product enhancement.
  • How to measure what matters—feedback, engagement, and bottom-line impact.
  • Rapid Experimentation: Methods for quickly validating ideas and gathering customer feedback using free or low-cost tools, shortening the time from insight to improvement
  • Strategic Impact: Frameworks to connect customer insight directly to product roadmap decisions, measurable growth, and revenue outcomes—so your team always knows what moves the needle
  • Researcher’s Advantage: Techniques to embed a research mindset into your product process, making feedback actionable and experiments sustainable—even under budget constraints
