Pearl Chen is responsible for leading the Partner Success team within Microsoft’s Global Customer Success Organization. She is accountable for orchestration between global and local Customer Success teams and engages with the wider Microsoft ecosystem, particularly the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) organization, to ensure successful outcomes for Microsoft’s partner channel. Her team of Customer Success Account Managers, Cloud Solution Architects and Business Strategy Leads are focused on enabling Microsoft’s partners to accelerate their customers’ time to value and achieve excellence in consumption and usage.
Pearl joined Microsoft from Bain & Company in June 2024, with over 25 years of experience as a leader in global sales, business development, and alliance-building. Her leadership has driven success with some of the most innovative technology companies including Amazon Web Services, GE Digital, and SAP, contributing to billions in revenue. Pearl excels at developing strategic alliances, operating in emerging markets, building global channels, and leading multi-billion dollar M&A integrations, as well as joint ventures, to drive results.
Pearl has deep expertise in strategic planning, execution, operations, strategy, go-to-market, partnerships, and driving success with cutting-edge technologies including Cloud Solutions, SaaS, ERP, CRM, Internet of Things (IOT), and Industrial IOT, big data, analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation. Her extensive global experience across 130+ countries enable her to navigate diverse cultural perspectives to achieve impactful outcomes.

Manju Abraham is an engineering executive with over 25 years of experience leading Engineering organizations to deliver enterprise products of high quality, building, scaling and leading transformation, as an effective change catalyst, across companies like HPE, Delphix, as VP of Engineering and NetApp, HP in leadership roles.
She has been heading Enterprise Product Operations, driving initiatives across distributed teams to develop and deliver high-quality products on schedule. She brings her passion and energy into these initiatives and has a proven track record as a change agent, transforming organizations and software development lifecycle to improved agility, effectiveness and efficiency; enabling repeatable, predictable, high-quality product releases. She focuses on building relationships to inspire, motivate and bring people across organizations together to execute effectively to the company’s product and business goals.
After graduating with a degree in Electronics Engineering, she started her career as a scientist in the Indian Space Research Organization in Bangalore, working on rocket and satellite sensors and payloads. In the USA, she worked on the OS stack, virtualization products and took on engineering leadership roles in HP and Delphix to work on Data Center Automation, Data Virtualization and Data Security Products, and Storage products at Netapp and HPE
Manju is passionate about supporting women and diversity and inclusion to help improve the workplace environment. She was the executive sponsor for the women’s ERG at Delphix and led the DEI council; she was the Inclusion Ambassador at HPE and is actively involved in mentoring, coaching women and learning from other leaders across the industry. She is in the board of directors of Women's empowerment and charity non-profits.
She lives in the BayArea with her husband and is the proud mother of 2 daughters. She enjoys traveling, hiking, reading and art projects.
