She holds an MBA specializing in International Business and is known for her ability to blend culture and change initiatives with diverse thinking and innovative solutions to address organizational business problems. In her current role as Director, TIS Infrastructure Strategy & Modernization Program at Enbridge, she wears many hats along with the role of Chief of Staff to the Infrastructure & Cloud group. Penny is also an influential leader and mentor helping individuals grow to be the best versions of themselves through mentoring, coaching, and blogging about career management, personal development, and leadership. She is also the Women In Leadership Foundation’s Calgary Chapter Chair for Alberta.
