This session talks about the most common challenges women and specifically working mothers face to balance between life & career. Most of the time, tend to choose life/kids over other or if chosen career then feel guilty for not spending time with kids, see them growing. Instead of choosing either of them, we can choose both, choose to challenge and continue to work/grow in career without a pause or break! breaks are good specially when we do it for family and kids however this should be our own happy choice than a compromise or settlement.Key Takeaways
