Preethi Guruswamy is an Executive Coach for Tech Leaders with collectively with 24 years of experience in the software business. She has worked at Intuit, Informatica, Oracle, and CGI. An experienced leader, Preethi led new development and growing established products.She is the Founder and Regional Leader for ‘Lean In Network, Women in Tech, India’, one of the fastest-growing women-in-tech networks in India, which now has 4500+ women members. She led the group’s success and received the 2018 Lean In "People First" award. She is also an advisor for the NGO which works for the education system in Bangalore.
Preethi has a positive and energetic style which is reflection of her passion on growing ambitious leaders. As a coach, and with 900+ hrs of coaching, Preethi works with executive, leaders, mid-career professionals and Business owners in helping them unleash their potential.
