Prerna Mahajan is the dynamic founder of PoshMind Living, a transformative initiative dedicated to empowering individuals to lead enriched, happy, and fulfilling lives through the power of mindfulness and life coaching. With over two decades of dedicated service across the private sector, non-profit organizations, and government executive roles, Prerna has consistently championed public services, Women in Technology, well-being and mental health advocacy.
Her extensive experience includes leading business transformation, IT strategy, project and portfolio management, and application modernization for large enterprises and state governments. Prerna's diverse career is marked by a profound commitment to empowering communities through grassroots initiatives, working directly with individuals to navigate resources and support services, fostering environments where they can thrive.
A global Women in Technology Leader and Top 50 Public Service Innovator award winner, Prerna is recognized for her passion to serve and mentor others while fostering innovation, diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has been a speaker on Oprah Winfrey’s show, Global Women in Tech forums, and featured on social platforms to raise awareness on well-being and mindfulness topics. Her dedication to mental health advocacy is especially impactful in the professional and Technology communities, where she strives to increase support and eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health issues.
Through PoshMind Living, Prerna focuses on building strong communities and ensuring that each individual's journey is supported with the resources they need to lead happy, fulfilled and healthy lives. Her passion, expertise, and resourcefulness continue to make a significant impact on many lives, helping them navigate their paths toward well-being and fulfillment.
Prerna is also the founder of the Meeraan Foundation, where she, along with her two young children, brings awareness to how families and kids can make a difference by giving back to the community. An avid Yoga and meditation practitioner, Prerna loves exploring new places, food, and cultures with her family, embodying the principles of mindfulness in her personal and professional life.
