Session: Resilience Matters: Strengthening Leadership and Systems in the Face of Uncertainty
In a world where digital systems and human teams face constant change, resilience is no longer optional, it is essential! This talk explores the intersection of leadership resilience and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, highlighting how both shape sustainable success. Through real-world insights, I’ll examine how resilient leaders inspire adaptive teams, and how resilient systems prevent small incidents from escalating into crises based on my own personal experiences. Attendees will leave with practical strategies for building cultures, processes, and infrastructures that keep both technology and people safe, steady, and ready for whatever comes next!
