Session: How dare I lead when the ditch I digged is now covering me

In an era where technology is the backbone of innovation and growth, the underrepresentation of women in tech remains a pressing challenge. It is stated that women only represent 1% of technology. This presentation, "How Dare I lead when the ditch I digged is now covering me" seeks to inspire and empower women to take bold steps into leadership roles within the technology sector. By addressing the systemic barriers that have historically hindered women's progress, we will explore mindset barriers, empowerment through education, creating a positive mindset and changing our internal temperature to confidence level.

Through real-life case studies and interactive discussions, participants will discover how to harness their unique strengths and foster a culture of innovation that champions women's voices and contributions.
