In this energizing and thoughtful session, Rakia Finley—AI strategist, tech founder, and one of North America’s first Black women to lead a private AI product firm—challenges the traditional playbook of hypergrowth and hustle. With two decades of experience scaling digital products, advising Fortune 500s, and building ethical AI systems, Rakia will share a people-centered framework for scaling with purpose.
This talk is for leaders asking: How do we grow well—not just fast?
Drawing from her work across venture studios, international equity initiatives, and cultural systems design, Rakia will explore how to scale companies without sacrificing wellness, inclusion, or soul.
In a world racing toward automation, Rakia reminds us that leadership is not just about scale—it’s about intentional impact.
