I’m an Analytics Professional with 6+ years of experience working across India, Canada, and the United States. I am passionate about helping others grow professionally and actively volunteer with STEM organizations. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and dancing, which inspire creativity and balance in both my personal and professional life.

Bindu Kumari is a Software Engineer with over eight years of industry experience, specializing in building secure, scalable, and high performance cloud solutions.

At Dell Technologies, she plays a key role in the AIOPS Ecosystem. Known for her clarity, her hands on expertise, and her ability to break down technical concepts for diverse audiences, Bindu actively participates in knowledge sharing, collaboration, and cross team architecture discussions. She is passionate about empowering engineers, improving engineering excellence, and advocating for secure and sustainable software development.

Laquasia Tyson is a tech professional, Learning & Development strategist, and Founder of Girls Teching Over, an organization dedicated to bridging the tech skills gap through inclusive education and workforce development. With a background in IT and a Master’s in Instructional Design & Technology, she brings nearly a decade of experience helping individuals and organizations integrate AI and digital tools with purpose and confidence. Laquasia is also the creator of Embracing Introversion, a community that empowers quieter professionals to lead authentically. Her mission is to make technology and leadership more accessible, inclusive, and human-centered.
