Session: Make Work Meaningful for your Employees. A People Analytics Approach that drives Business Results.

Embedding behavioral drivers into daily work activities and using analytics’ predictive power to make informed decisions drives measurable business results. This talk is about how people data and AI technology help people do meaningful work, adopt a learning habit, develop new skills, and businesses increase employee satisfaction and ROI.
