Session: Beyond the Pilot: Strategies for Reliable AI at Enterprise Scale

Many companies are stuck in a cycle of endless AI pilots that never see production. The move from a successful proof-of-concept to a reliable, enterprise-wide deployment requires a different set of leadership and engineering skills. This session focuses on solving the "hallucination problem" through better evaluation frameworks and guardrails. We will discuss the operational shifts needed to support AI in production, including monitoring, versioning, and cost management. This is a practical guide for executives who are ready to stop experimenting and start delivering at scale.

Key Takeaways

  • A checklist for transitioning AI projects from pilot to production.
  • Economic and operational considerations for scaling AI across an enterprise.
  • Techniques for minimizing hallucinations and ensuring model reliability.
