Bio
Dr. Reetal Pai joined Nuseed as its CIO in November of 2022. Information and Data Technologies are a critical enabler in our growth strategy and Reetal leads the development of our digital strategy to enable this growth. In addition to her role at Nuseed, she also is the IT business partner for Innovation with the Nufarm crop protection business.Reetal brings a record of proven success leading business aligned digital transformations for packaging, infrastructure, consumer care and agriculture industries. She brings a deep expertise in strategy, data science, R&D, Manufacturing and digital transformations from these roles. Her proven delivery record across these diverse roles has shaped her collaborative and business outcome driven approach to IT.
Reetal has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mysore, India, a M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science focused on machine learning and artificial intelligence from Clemson University and Texas A&M respectively.
