Reneé Devallon is an attorney with over 10 years of legal expertise, specializing in establishing and leading organizations’ legal and compliance functions.
She currently serves as Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at Muck Rack (a PR focused SaaS company) overseeing all legal matters including contracting, IP, privacy, product, AI, labor and employment, and M&A.
Reneé has previously held roles in media and big law focused on intellectual property, data privacy, and general legal counsel.
