Ritika Mandi is an award-winning Product Manager and proud graduate of Carnegie Mellon’s Master of Science in Product Management (MSPM) program. Pivoting to product from an engineering background, she began her tech career as an intern at The Stories and Wisdom Company, a startup dedicated to fostering human connection at scale through personal storytelling. Less than a year into her full-time role, Ritika was honored with the prestigious Stevie® Award for Product Developer of the Year.
Her work sits at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and behavioral change. She has led the design and delivery of products used by the U.S. military and Fortune 500 companies to drive connection and cohesion.
