Session: Unlock the Secrets to a Successful Career in Tech

Making a career in tech isn't just about what certifications you hold, how skilled you are in the field you've chosen, or how much effort you put into your daily work.
In male-dominated fields like tech, it's about behaviors that men take for granted. To make sure you don't fall behind while your male colleagues climb the career ladder with ease, you need to understand the rules of the game.
In this 20 minute session, I'll give you a quick overview of simple adjustments you can make to ensure your career path in tech is successful.

Key Takeaways

  • You don't have to become one of the boys to succeed in Tech, but you do have to understand the rules they play by so you don't get left behind.
