Rowena Yeo, Global Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Technology Services, leads the delivery of technology solutions and operational excellence for Johnson & Johnson globally.J&J’s first woman and Asian CTO, Rowena has transformed the Technology Services organization, driving innovation and business priorities. Rowena joined J&J in 2016 and previously held leadership roles at Cargill and IBM Singapore. Boasting more than three decades of experience, Rowena has been honored with many industry recognitions. A native Singaporean, Rowena champions diversity and women’s leadership and serves on several committees and boards. She enjoys music, reading, building LEGO, and searching for otters.
