As a Director of QA and DevOps, I have found that the race to adopt AI is a constant sprint. My organization, like so many others, is working hard to catch up, but this journey is less about technology and more about people.This talk will delve into the critical, and often overlooked, human challenges of implementing AI. I am Shwetha Shivaprasad, a Quality Engineering and DevOps Director at Balsam Brands with over two decades of leadership experience in quality assurance. As a people-first leader, my career has been dedicated to delivering complex projects on time and driving organization-wide transitions to automation. My passion lies in building and leading high-performing automation and performance testing teams from the ground up, all while fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
