Born and raised in South Africa, Sandhya has a 22-year cross functional, multi-country, and culturally diverse career. With a deep-rooted devotion to growing people and businesses, she majored in Marketing and Information Technology.Currently the VP of Equipment Innovation and Freestyle Operations for Coca-Cola North America, Sandhya’s career spans Brand Marketing at Unilever, Innovation and Channel Development at Tiger Brands then Customer, Operations, Supply Chain, Innovation, General Management, Customer & Commercial Leadership at both Coca-Cola bottling partner, ABInBev and The Coca-Cola Company.
Sandhya has extensive experience in developing and leading cross-functional teams globally to design mutually beneficial, consumer centric strategies for customers and The Coca-Cola System.
Deeply passionate about building the next generation of leaders, including her three daughters, she has led Coca-Cola’s Woman’s Leadership Chapters across multiple countries, including North America and continues to coach and mentor students and young professionals.
