She’s worked in corporate HR teams and as a consultant to provide global learning and talent programmes for middle and senior managers in professional services, charities, international business schools, healthcare, engineering firms and government bodies in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Sarae established her business to focus on leadership development for emerging leaders. She has trained extensively and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Women’s Leadership Coach and Trainer, and a trauma-informed Self-Belief Coach. She is the author of “Feel more Joy: A Journal to Rediscover, Reignite and Reveal Your True Self”.
