Bio
Sarah Lee is a Research Director at IDC within the Manufacturing Insights practice, where she analyzes how emerging technologies are reshaping industrial operations and enterprise strategy. Her research focuses on IT investment trends, digital transformation, and the technologies enabling smarter, more autonomous and intelligent manufacturing environments. Prior to IDC, Sarah worked in technology consulting and strategy roles at KPMG, Royal Bank of Canada, and Info-Tech Research Group, advising organizations on digital strategy and technology adoption. She frequently engages with technology leaders and industry innovators to explore how advances in AI, robotics, and intelligent systems are shaping the next generation of industrial operations.
