Session: The impact of Robotic Process Automation

Robotic Process Automation also referred to as RPA, is not only making a difference in many industries, it is transforming the way we work. Companies of all sizes are looking to eliminate inefficiencies and increase productivity output in order to maintain a competitive advantage. RPA is helping to simplify processes, make interactions easier for both customers and employees by saving time, reducing costs and delivering greater accuracy. RPA is here to stay, it needs to be embraced as the new normal going forward.
